HIP - HEAT IRONING UNIT

Heat Ironing Unit is 2 kW heat panel size 40x50 cm mounted to printing carriage.

Possition can be changed and blocked, up/ down travel up to 60 mm, max pushing force is equvalent of 250 kg at air preassure 6 BAR

Pushing force can be adjusted with preassure gauge on print head.

Soft upgrade is neccecary for proper use of HIP.

Max pushing force can be used only with PRINTEX PRISM machines, due to extremly high strength of design.

HIP can be used also on SPECTRUM and HURRICANE models with limited air preassure to 4 BAR

Note: Only models with independent sq&fl control can be used with HIP
